Core Strengthening Exercises for Kids | Getting Creative During Clean Up

When it comes to core strengthening exercises for kids, you’ve got to get a little creative. Not many kids will willingly perform plank holds or sit ups just for fun!

Here’s an easy activity to perform during clean up time!

Core Strengthening 1

Position your kiddo in front of their toy box or basket and encourage them to hold a toy with their feet.

Core Strengthening 2

They can lift up the toys and place them in the basket.

Core Strengthening 3

Repeat! By the end your kiddo will have their core and trunk muscles activated and firing and you will have a nice clean room! Win-win!
