Most kiddos love sprinkles and sweet treats. So today we used the remaining rainbow rice sprinkles we made this month and made a sweet treat sensory bin! Coco has been showing more interest in numbers and counting, so we used these gorgeously bright popsicles by Learning Resources and they were a hit! Practice counting the dots and matching the numbers, or just follow their lead and see what they come up with.
Materials:
- Flisat Table (Ikea)
- Learning Journey Popsicles
- Educational Insights Playfoam
- Rainbow Rice Sprinkles
- Small Treat Erasers
- Fine Motor Tools
- And a broom for clean up!
Insider tip: Give kiddo a choice between 2 numbers if they are working on number recognition. This provides a little guidance to steer them in the right direction.
