DIY Funfetti Play Dough

Does your kiddo love sweet treats and baking play? Give funfetti play dough a try. It’s easy, uses ingredients you likely have lying around the house; and your little one(s) can help with the process!

Ingredients:

Grown up work: Cook on the stove top over medium heat while mixing continuously until it begins to thicken. Place onto wax paper to cool. You can always add a little oil if too dry or a little flour if too wet feeling.

The end color looks a lot like cookie dough or cake batter!

I f you want to spice it up, add drops of food coloring  to the dough once cooled.

Kid work:

  • Pouring and stirring up ingredients
  • Pouring the rainbow rice into the dough
  • Squishing and squeezing until the rice or color mixes into the dough
