The Micro Scooter Mini from Micro Kickboard is a Walk, Talk, Play favorite! It’s a great scooter to start with children ages 2-5. Kids love scooting around and we love how it addresses motor skills naturally.
Scooters helps promote weight shifting and single limb balance as well as strength and coordination skills. Don’t forget your helmet!

Does your kiddo have trouble steering or propelling themselves? Don’t worry! It’s best to start on flat surfaces with wide open spaces (like a closed parking lot) as it may take a lot of repetition and practice! You can also practice balancing on one foot while off the scooter and then transition to the scooter when ready!
If your child is having difficulty tolerating a helmet, you can: model by wearing a helmet yourself and practice indoors.
